I understand that I am responsible for 100% of the funds required for the trip. The money I raise covers travel cost, food, lodging, visa, and ground transportation. I am responsible for passport, souvenirs, immunizations, and food/drink to and from trip destination. All trip costs must be paid in full before the first day of the trip unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Financial donations made to 29:11, Inc. or theBridge Community Church are not mine. They belong to the organization and have been given to accomplish the mission and work of the organization. I understand that no money that has been receipted as tax-exempt can be returned to me by the organization.

If for some reason I do not ultimately participate on the mission trip to which I have been accepted, I am responsible for any fees incurred because of my cancellation, including and up to the entire cost of the trip.

If I do not raise enough money to pay for my trip, I will not be able to go. Any money raised will be applied to the current trip or materials needed.

If I raise money that exceeds my needs, remaining money will be dispersed to other team members in need or used by 29:11, Inc./theBridgeChurch for other financial needs associated with the mission.

In order to comply with the IRS, all checks for support must be made out to theBridge Church in order to be tax-deductible.

Support letters may be sent out but only to people that you have a close relationship with. You want to raise support from partners for your trip, not just those who can give financially. Please keep the integrity of the mission information in your letters as you are representing the work of 29:11, Inc.

Plan on at least 50% of the trip costs coming from your own budget. You want to have a true buy-in for the trip. When you receive something for free it has less value to you and you aren’t as invested in it.
