HOPE PROGRAM

Our programs are designed and maintained alongside local residents to foster community ownership and a desire that if we left tomorrow they would be capable and willing to continue. We do not believe in temporary fixes, but in digging in to a community and attempting to rally the core behind the necessary changes.

This program provides an opportunity to gather the street associated children in one safe place. Trust is built through this program via feeding, clothing, community interaction, and follow-up of needs. This program is the basis for assessing needs and determining what other programs children and young adults might benefit from, if any. Readiness for home reintegration or placement in a children’s home is also assessed.
